many services to make handling the financial side of life a little easier.
Realizing your time is valuable, the credit union offers:

Home Banking (Home Financial Services), On-line Bill Payment and Loans By Phone!

Financial Services
Accessing Your Account
Debit Cards for ATM and Point of Sale Transactions:
Our VISA Debit Cards can be used for ATM cash withdrawals at any ATM.
To avoid a surcharge, use an ATM bearing one of the following logos:
CU24, Pulse, Honor, NYCE, Cirrus or The Exchange.
After 10 ATM transactions in a month there is $0.75 surcharge per transaction.
Our Debit Cards can be used for Point of Sale transactions at thousands of merchants.
There is no charge for Point of Sale transactions.
Home Banking (Home Financial Services)
If you are visiting our Web site, you must have a computer.
You can now access your Credit Union accounts on-line 24-hours a day,
seven days a week from a computer. Click on the "Home Financial Services" button
and sign up for access to your account today.
On-line Bill Payment
In addition to accessing your Credit Union accounts on-line, you can pay bills on-line.
Please note that this service is free if you use it. But if there is no payment activity for
two months, a monthly fee of $4.95 will be applied until activity resumes.
Features of the service include:
- Recurring Payments (i.e., CHG&E Budget bill, mortgage, etc.)
- Single Payments
- Person-to-Person (P2P) Payments allow you to send money to anyone in the U.S. with an e-mail address and a bank account.
Perfect for sending emergency dollars to a college student or reimbursing a friend.
- Reminders and e-mail options will provide information without having to log-in.
"Test drive" the 0n-line Bill Payment software from the Credit Union's web site by:
- Clicking on "Home Financial Services".
- Clicking on "Bill Pay".
- Clicking on "Demo".

From the convenience of any touch tone
telephone, you can access up-to-date account information 24-hours a day, seven days a week
with CHATT, our Automated Telephone Teller. With your account number and password,
you can obtain detailed information about your accounts, transfer money between accounts,
make loan payments, or make a withdrawal and have the check sent to your home, office or
held for pickup at the Credit Union. If you have not used CHATT, you can call the Credit Union
and obtain your own private password within a couple of minutes. Any of the staff will
also be happy to show you how easily the system works, if you wish to come by the office for

Loans by Phone - 1.877.322.1546
You can apply for any of our non-real estate
loan products 24-hours a day, seven days a week by calling the toll-free number listed above.
A representative will transcribe all the pertainent information for your loan application.
Some applications are approved instantly. Others require additional supporting documentation.
In all cases, the application is faxed directly to the Credit Union where regular staff members
will begin working on it as quickly as possible.
